Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the "Happening Now" application, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

Consequences of Violation
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at the sole discretion of "Happening Now". We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and, if necessary, report such violations to the appropriate legal authorities.
Content Moderation and Reporting
"Happening Now" implements a content moderation system to review and manage user-generated content. This may include automated filtering, manual review, and community reporting features.
Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the app's reporting feature, easily accessible within the app interface.
Your Responsibility
As a user, you are responsible for your conduct and the content you share. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless "Happening Now" and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or legal fees incurred due to your violation of these terms.
